We produced a pouch made from Miyazaki Prefecture-produced Wagyu leather, featuring a [Miyazaki Beef 40th anniversary engraving].
Practicality for everyday use and specialness to be kept as a memento.
We aimed for both.
■ Design Intent
We adopted black grained leather for this project.
It's a material that is resistant to scratches and
suitable for daily use.
The "Miyazaki Beef 40th" is engraved on it.
It's not overly assertive,
yet it has a definite presence.
It's designed to be a "usable commemorative item"
that will be cherished for a long time.
■ What is the Council for Better Miyazaki Beef Production?
This project is an OEM production with the "Council for Better Miyazaki Beef Production" organization.
The council was established in 1986, and
administrations, organizations, and businesses involved in the production, distribution, and consumption of beef cattle in Miyazaki Prefecture
work together to:
・Improve Miyazaki beef quality
・Establish brand value
・Promote consumption expansion
These are the objectives of their activities.
It is an organization where more than 30 organizations, including the prefecture, JA Miyazaki, livestock associations, and local governments,
collaborate.
It is a core entity that supports the Miyazaki Beef brand.

■ The Value of Miyazaki Beef
Miyazaki Beef is
one of Japan's leading Wagyu brands.
It has received the highest award (Prime Minister's Award)
for four consecutive times at the National Wagyu Ability Exhibition.
(2007 / 2012 / 2017 / 2022)
This achievement at the competition, also known as the "Wagyu Olympics,"
is proof of Miyazaki Beef's quality.
Furthermore, its reputation has spread globally,
and it is served at international events.
